Obligations of the user upon registration

In order to purchase online products and services, you need to register on the website. Registration on the website of IEES - BAS and the acceptance of the current General Terms and Conditions by the User precede the payment for the purchased products and services are not bound by a mandatory purchase.

Prices and delivery

The final price of the order is formed as the sum of the value of the ordered products and services (all prices are declared in EUR and do NOT include VAT) and the delivery price. IEES.BAS.BG has the right to change the prices announced on the website without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price indicated on the website at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher than the current price. In case of technical errors at publishing the prices IEES.BAS.BG has the right to refuse the order and does not owe compensation in any way to the user. IEES.BAS.BG is obligated to return the amount that if this has been paid in advance.

Payment

Payment for services is made through a virtual Point Of Sale (POS) - terminal - with debit or credit cards issued to the User, bearing the trademarks of VISA INTERNATIONAL, MASTERCARD WORLDWIDE, BORICA AD and others, except those issued in the following countries: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Belize, Bahrain, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Kuwait, India and Nigeria.

When paying by bank transfer in EUR, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order in the bank account of IEES - BAS and only after the deposit is confirmed, the ordered products and services are delivered. The order number must be entered in the basis for payment. All fees and commissions are at the expense of the client. The prices of the goods are announced in EUR, but the payment itself is in Bulgarian levs with VAT included. EU legal entities with a valid VAT number do not pay VAT except for Bulgaria. The equivalent of 1 (one) EUR in BGN is in accordance with the current BNB fixing when ordering.

The payment term for orders is up to 7 days from the date of order placement on the website. After the expiration of this term and in case of non-payment, the order is considered revoked.

Refusal of a purchased product or service

When paying a fee for participation in an event (example conference, seminar, etc.), the conditions for cancellation and refund of the amount paid are announced on the website of the event and / or in the description of the product or service.

Unless otherwise declared, the consumer has the right to cancel one or more of the ordered goods within 24 hours of placing an order by e-mail (eservices@iees.bas.bg) or phone (+359 2) 979 2755

In case within 24 hours from placing an order the User partially or completely abandons the goods purchased, IEES - BAS is obliged to refund partially or fully the deposited amount. The refund is admissible only via a credit operation on the cardholder's card with which the goods have been paid. In case the consumer does not give up the purchased goods or services, IEES - BAS automatically accepts the deposit as payment for the ordered goods or services.

Responsibility

The terms and conditions may be updated at any time. IEES - BAS reserves the right to send messages to its users related to new services or changes in the conditions and ways of using current services.

IEES - BAS is not responsible for any losses - direct, indirect or consequential damages, lost benefits, arising from or related to your access to the use of the website.

The Website may contain Internet links to third party websites, that are provided entirely and solely for your convenience. If you use them, you leave the website of IEES - BAS. IEES - BAS is not responsible for their content or accessibility, nor do we undertake any action on their behalf or for any materials located there.

In order to shop through the website of IEES - BAS it is necessary to be a registered user, which gives you advantages when shopping, such as tracking the status of the order, history of previous orders, etc.

To register you need to click the "New Registration" button, this will forward you to a form that needs to be filled listing your personal data.

At your request, you can receive an invoice for the products you purchased. In order to do this, you need to fill in the billing information in the purchase form. You will be able to download the invoice after successful payment through your user profile account from the "My Orders" menu.

After completing your registration, at the contact e-mail address you provide, you will receive a confirmation of successful registration.

When you enter the webstore as a registered customer, you need to go through the identification stage. You can change your password at any time all you need to do is to enter your e-mail address and your old password.

The data entered by you during registration are recorded and stored with us, and you will have the opportunity to review and edit these after your identification.

Payment by card

After the user declares the products and / or services at the IEES - BAS website and agrees with its terms, he selects the "payment" link. In this way the user is automatically redirected to a BORICA server, where the cardholder is identified.
